Our dynamic strength, power, and conditioning group class is a high-intensity workout session designed to improve overall strength, explosiveness, and cardiovascular endurance. The primary focus of this class is to challenge participants with a combination of exercises that target different muscle groups and energy systems.

Strength and Conditioning

Is a combination of strength training and aerobic conditioning along side a variety of further methods. Our strength and conditioning sessions helps our clients/athletes with injury prevention and proper mechanics within sport performance.

Athletic Training

Our Athletic training and sports performance training is designed for high school, collegiate and the pro athlete to develop and provide the foundation of next level training. Our program will help the Athlete increase speed, and strength while decreasing injury. Which involves custom speed and strength program, explosive power training and vision and awareness training.
